This is a posting of a much earlier artwork I did when I was attending Massachusetts College of Art and Design. Over 35 years ago. I did a series of large pastel drawings of the rooms in my apartment before doing an oil series. Notice the large speakers on the wall and the Television with and antenna, surely times have changed and this dates me. A friend made digital the slides I had of records of some of my old art. This was not the digital era. There was NO digital illustration and design yet on the workforce, everything was rendered by hand.

I like the golden light over everything in this glimpse into your past. I, too, still have several boxes of slides of my early art. Kudos to you for digitizing them! Well worth it...these are fun to see.

I love the Van Gogh feeling here and that great texture with the light pulling one forward to the bed, the pillow and the picture on the wall. Love this series. F/L.
