Eggplantias By Vegusi is one of the sculptures exhibited in “The Fine Art of Gardening” image in the Series called “Harvest Family Vegetables” found on my website at: https://nancy-griswold.pixels.com/collections/the+harvest+family+vegetable+art

This work is was created as a spoof of sculptural works of Constantin Brâncuși who was a Romanian sculptor who made his career in France (1876-1957).

This art came to mind when an old friend arrived at my house with these beautiful eggplants. She has been a big fan of my vegetable art creations of my “Harvest Family Vegetables” and was excited to give me these eggplants, thinking I could create something with them. Brâncuși’s work came to mind immediately. So this creation I did to please her.

This art would make a fun card and tote bag for a gardener and vegetable lover and even a great cook. There is a wide variety of reproductions offered including puzzles now on both websites.
