This photograph shows both Vermont and New Hampshire as I am on the Vermont side of the Connecticut River and looking across to the White Mountains of New Hampshire on a peak colored autumn day. That is probably Mt Moosilauke with the snow on top. The cliffs are either Owl cliffs or the Hogback below that. First snow on the Whites means we have around 4 weeks to prepare for snow in the valley.

Truly awesome Vermont landscape capture, Nancy! So amazing to see the fall colors close and the snow on the mountains in the distance! LF

Oh, look at this view and those colors galore. I would fly like a bird across this if I my eyes would take away for a minute from this view, but then again, not sure I'd want to. So love this place. Special Nancy. F/L.
Nancy Griswold replied:
Randy, I am so glad you can see some of the local color up here, just up the road a bit, I think I feel so exhilarated in the autumn that it keeps me here, much like a dream. Thank you so much for the F/L although mother nature does all. :)
