This is a view looking out my studio window in Vermont. The big maple tree on the left is a joy to watch as it changes throughout the seasons. Autumn colors of the sugar maple are intoxicating. The house high up on the hill is definitely quintessential Vermont architecture and a joy to see day or night as it sits high on the hill emanating different light and moods throughout the year. I have already done paintings of this scene in both autumn and spring and taken numerous photographs over the years.
