Description
The Double-crested Cormorants are seabirds and a widespread species across North America coastal areas. These are birds I photographed on an incoming waterway of Wells, Beach, Maine. It was a site to see so many of them together perched on these old pier posts.

Fascinating shot, not to mention a great title. Had me befuddled for a moment: "Postal Cormorants? What, are they delivering the mail?"

You have postal cormorants, and we have birds on a wire or trees full of cormorants. Awesome capture.

Cool image and Title Nancy. I always think Cormorants look a little weird.

Thanks Steve, it was so neat to see them all together hanging out atop of the posts :)
