The second and close up view of this Red Barn which sits off of Route 5 near the south side of Newbury, Vermont along the Connecticut River. I pass by it frequently and enjoy seeing it during many seasonal changes. Behind it is Mount Moosilauke of the White Mountain National Forest in New Hampshire and right behind the cupola is Black Mountain. In the foreground is the frozen Connecticut River. Taken from a Nikon P510 on a cold winters day near dusk.

Very nice late day winter mood! Haven't been to this spot in many years....believe it used to be known as Placey Farm. Love red barns in winter landscapes, and it looks like owner has kept this one in good condition! L&F
