This is a painting I did of my friend's home in 2005 during the winter of 2005. I stayed over night in this home as there was an incoming snow storm. I awoke at seven in the morning to find that old man winter had paid a visit. That is Josh out shoveling. I gave the family this painting. They were so generous in letting me stay often as I was looking to move back to Northern New England.
I like how this looks as a Christmas Card and one can crop it as you choose on this website

Nancy, this is such a wonderful classic New England scene. The purple tones and that winter white glow make you crave a hot cup of cocoa! The Humpal family are very lucky to own this incredible work!

I see you were also painting masterpieces 15+ years ago, Nancy. š This is a very peaceful scene; I love the warm violet and visible brush strokes to describe the snow drifts. Iām sure the family was thrilled to receive this painting! L/F
