Summer at Mirror Lake is a small plein-air sketch I did on location in Woodstock, New Hampshire and close to the border of Thornton. It is a secluded and beautiful lake known by summer visitors. It is often still and gives wonderful reflections. The large rock across from the beach protrudes and acts like a singular platform for the trees.
