I found out my cousin Annie passed on when I was editing my spring flower photography today and preparing this image of my Yellow Bearded Iris that are growing in my yard.

So I am dedicating this flower image to Annie, she is a light that shall remain in our memories. She always made me feel comfortable in my own skin and I felt a peace when visiting her. For my loving cousin, I am sending my thoughts and prayers to her husband John and my cousin Kathy.

I photographed this Iris in window light so the sun would shine through the flower to see the veins.
