This radish looked like a turkey when I pulled it from the ground mid October. I thought of Thanksgiving and what a fun card this might make. I used radish, radish greens, radish seed pods, grape vine for the legs and a small shallot for the eye.
The hard frost has arrived here in New England and now all my vegetable friends are roasted. Before I said farewell, I took these pictures of them. I hope you enjoy them. These would make perfect uplifting cards, tote bags for shopping at the grocery store and even nice framed prints for the kitchen.
