Some humor for my art friends:
Venus du Jardin, Musee de Legumes
(Translation: Venus of the Garden, Museum of Vegetables)
Made from radishes, tomatoes, parsley, grape leaves, marigold pedal, scallion, radish blossoms and a lavender flower
This Reclining Nude of Radish is my Harvest Vegetable Art of Titian’s iconic painting titled Venus of Urbino; a famous painting that has been copied by many artists over the years including Manet when he painted Olympia which is now at Musee dOrsay, Paris
This would make an uplifting card, tote bag for shopping at the grocery store and even a nice framed print for the kitchen.
Many types of reproductions are available of my works at: https://nancy-griswold.pixels.com/ and on Fine Art America at https://fineartamerica.com/profiles/nancy-griswold

Anne, thanks so much for the uplifting comment, I think a select few artists really understand the parody of this one :) It was so fun to make it.
