Waterfall In The White Mountains, 7.5 x 9.75, oil painting on cotton canvas. I had this small vintage oval frame that I really liked and decided to make an oval memory painting of times I spent hiking in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. I painted the reprieves of resting near waterfalls beautiful waterfalls, a forest was full of wildlife and roots from trees that fell over the large boulders. Carpets of with mosses, lichen and a sighting of a deer was common.

The ORIGINAL OIL PAINTING comes framed in Antique Solid Walnut Picture Frame c.1875. which is in splendid condition with original finish. It is absolutely sturdy and a deep brown walnut color.



This was painted with care and has many nuances of color that can only be seen when looking at the original fine art .
