Description
Victors at Perkins Cove was created from a close up photographs of rounded rocks found by Perkins Cove in Ogunquit, Maine. This belongs to the series of photographic Fine art titled Rock Gods and Nature Deities I created over the years. The series has many images that have anthropomorphic suggestions that one will discover on close observation. This particular photograph used was dissected and reoriented many times to created a very detailed piece. The images created themselves as they were imbedded in the original photo used.
Rock God and Nature Deities Series:
This series of fine art photography I began years ago when I first lived and hiked in the mountains of New Hampshire. I was always visually captivated with the rock formations and often saw figurative suggestions in the scenes I was looking at. When I began dissecting the photos, even more amazing figures appeared and often these lead me to more meditative thoughts about our world and the treasures simple observation holds.
