This is a small plein air study I did at Bunten Farm Stand when the full harvest of pumpkins where up for sale, there were so many pumpkin and gourd varieties and I had never seen so many before.
It was a cold day and I painted as fast as I could then packed up before finishing making this more spontaneous than my usual works. Later the farm sold so it is history captured. The original now belongs to the owner before it was sold.
